Investa-WIN Promo Mechanics
Promo will run from June 10, 2024 – September 15, 2024.
- This promo is open to all new and existing Kanegosyo Center members who will purchase Micro Invest regardless of amount within the promo duration.
- Qualified users will receive 1 e-raffle entry if they hit the minimum accumulated amount required.
- The order date of the subscription should be from June 10, 2024 until September 15, 2024. Any purchases received past the mentioned date will no longer be qualified.
- Any withdrawals/redemptions from the target funds during the promo period will make entries ineligible for the raffle.
- One (1) lucky user will be drawn to win Php20,000 worth of gold bars and cash equivalent to the total investment fund bought within the promo duration. The winner is allowed to take more than 1 item provided that it does not exceed the limit to which the prize is stated. In the event that the client maxes out the prize allocated, they will pay the excess should they wish to acquire the item.
- The grand prize can be claimed and awarded at the nearest Cebuana Lhuillier branch or at any other branch of the company. Meanwhile, the cash prize will be automatically credited to the winner’s Kanegosyo Center MicroInvest account.
- The raffle draw will be on September 27, 2024, conducted in the presence of representatives from PJLhuillier Inc. (PJLI) and DTI.
- Grand winner will be notified via SMS and/or phone call and registered email address and thru registered mail. Furthermore, the announcement of winners will be posted on Kanegosyo Center’s Official Facebook page.
- Upon claiming the prize, the winner must present the notification letter along with one (1) valid photo-bearing ID with his/her signature at the designated Cebuana Lhuillier branch. The notification letter will be sent via registered email address and thru registered mail no later than October 11, 2024.
- In the event that the winner could not be contacted through his information on record, unclaimed prize after sixty (60) days from the receipt of the notification letter will be forfeited in favour of PJLI with prior DTI approval.
- By joining this promo, the qualified client agrees for PJLI to collect information such as financial information for purposes of processing their registration to the promo.
- The 20% tax for prizes exceeding Php10,000 will be shouldered by PJLI.
- PJLI reserves the right to use the name, image and video of the raffle winners for publicity and promotional purposes in connection with this promotion without further compensation.
- Kanegosyo Center members with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. Kanegosyo Center reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize if proven to be a duplicate account or a participant is blacklisted.
- Kanegosyo Center reserves the right to refuse and withdraw the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming.
- Employees of PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies, agencies, and services and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join this promo.
